  Whole Pig on the bone seasoned and slowly cooked for around ten hours then served in a freshly baked roll with a choice of crackling, apple sauce and stuffing. Cooked and prepared by our experienced team and served buffet style. This is a perfect choice for your evening Wedding reception.

• The Brownrigg Barbeque - Catering for 50 - 750

  Our barbeques include our own homemade quality Traditional Beef Burgers, Lamb and Mint Burgers, Chicken and Sweet Chilli Burgers, and an optional Vegetarian Lentil Burger.
  All are served in a freshly baked roll from The Island Bakery, and come with a choice of cooked onions, lettuce, cheese and sauces.

  Freshly made to order with a choice of toppings including Lemon and Sugar, Chocolate Sauce and Fresh Banana, and a range of sauces and sprinkles. Our mixture is made with Isle of Wight milk and our own free range eggs. Add sweets, fresh fruit and cream for extra fun!

  Salads and Roasties.

  Full Salads - Green Salad and Cherry Tomatoes, Homemade Three Cabbage Coleslaw, Pesto Pasta Salad, Greek Feta Salad, and either Potato and Chive Salad or Mediterranean Couscous.
  Small Salads - Homemade Coleslaw, Green leaf Salad with Cherry Tomatoes.
  Rosemary and Garlic Roast Potatoes. Finished on the BBQ and served hot.
  

  Sides.

  Add a Chunky Sausage, Bacon or BBQ pulled pork. A great accompaniment which can be added to the Brownrigg BBQ.

  Vegetarian and Gluten Free

  Vegan Lentil Burgers. Served with salad in a freshly baked roll. Great for parties to accompany our original hog roast.
  Gluten Free Rolls - We can provide a small amount of gluten free/dairy free rolls to accompany our hog roasts free of charge. Please let us know your requirements.
