The Island's temperate climate is ideal for free range pigs which are farmed to the highest standards and are fed only natural cereal ingredients.

Our pigs are raised in the traditional way, born and reared outside in the sunshine.

Such traditional and caring husbandry provides the very best free range meat, essential for all of our products.

Did you know that you can still buy fresh meat, direct from the Farm? It has a flavour unlike anything you can experience from a supermarket. These products all come from our herd of free range pigs. They are prepared by experienced butchers here on the farm using traditional methods in a modern purpose built plant. We produce dry-cured bacon, gammon and ham. Sausages are a speciality and we supply all the old traditional cuts for roasting.
